Total Quality Management
Total Quality Management or TQM is a management approach to long success based on customer satisfaction. All member work together to improve a process, products, culture within the organization or business.

| Relationships between Stakeholders | Both external & internal stakeholders will enjoy the website and find the information beneficia. All stakeholders will be happy with the outcome of the site and social media presence. |
